Anna Hamilton Fields

Founder Dunedin Doggie Rescue

Duendin Doggie Rescue

Originally from Saratoga Springs, NY, Anna Hamilton Fields moved to Dunedin in 1999 following a 5-year stop in Newport News, Virginia. Anna has been drawing and painting since as long as she can remember – she studied fine arts in school and began drawing pastel portraits at theme parks after graduation. From there, Anna began painting murals in businesses and homes – which she has done for most of her adult life. In 2010, Anna started Dunedin’s infamous dog wall located on the side of Skip’s Bar & Grill. Anna and the owner of Ski’s came up with the idea to help raise money to fund our local dog rescue while also covering the costs to create the mural. The Dog Wall has since grown to include the faces of loved pets from Dunedin and beyond.
